The process

How it works.

  1. Step 01

    Send the dates.

Email is enough: who's going, roughly when, and what the occasion is – or just the one hotel you have in mind. Planning something bigger, or working with us for the first time? We'll start with a short call instead. It's easier to plot a course once we know you.

  2. Step 02

    The course gets plotted.

You get a proposal with real options – places we know, suppliers we trust, and the reasoning behind each call. We refine it with you until it's right, then everything gets booked and confirmed in one pass.

  3. Step 03

    Travel with someone on watch.

Confirmations handled, hotels briefed on who's arriving, and a person to call if the weather moves. The trip is yours; the moving parts are ours.

The money question

What it costs: usually, nothing extra.

On most bookings you pay the same rate as booking direct – often better – and the hotel or supplier pays Still Wild a commission. Complex itineraries with many moving parts carry a planning fee, quoted before any work begins. You'll always know which kind of trip you're in.

What booking through Still Wild gets you

Perks and upgrades

Preferred-partner rates come with room upgrades when available, hotel and spa credits, breakfast, and flexible check-in and check-out.

VIP'd on arrival

The hotel knows who you are and why you're travelling before you land. Milestones get flagged; occasions get noticed.

Support mid-trip

When flights cancel or the weather moves, someone re-plots the course while you keep travelling.

Fair questions
Is one hotel too small an ask?
No. Most of our clients' first trips were exactly that – a single hotel booking for a long weekend. Send the dates.
How do you get paid?
Commission from hotels and suppliers on most bookings, at no cost to you. Complex multi-part itineraries carry a planning fee, agreed up front.
Do you book flights?
Yes – flights, and the transfers on both ends, so landing is the easy part.
How far ahead should I plan?
Expeditions, about a year out – Antarctic cabins genuinely sell through. Peak-season mountains and coasts, about six months. A city weekend, whenever the dates exist.
